I want to be on your team

For as long as I have been able to work, it has been my goal to learn as much as I could about my tasks and the bigger picture of why those tasks are important.  I enjoy using my talents in whatever way helps my team accomplish our goals.  The challenges of the security industry suit me quite well because every day is different and every new scenario is an opportunity to learn something.  

As a leader, I prefer a participatory management style.  I enjoy using humor as part of that style when appropriate.  If you are not enjoying yourself you will either quit or perform your work without any personal satisfaction and that is not good for anyone. I like to share my experiences and knowledge as often as possible, and I try to learn from the experiences of others in an effort to make the entire team better and smarter.
